About the app
How do I edit a throw?
While the game is in progress, tap any frame in the score strip at the top to enter edit mode. Then tap the specific throw you want to change, enter the correct value, and confirm.
How do statistics work?
Statistics are calculated from all your completed games and update automatically after each game ends. Games recorded with Advanced input include additional metrics such as split detection and per-pin leave analysis.
Can I play without an account?
Yes. Strinsa works entirely offline and all data is saved locally on your device. An account is only needed if you want to back up your games to the cloud.
How do sessions work?
A session is an optional group of consecutive games played in one outing. Start a session from the main screen, add games as you play, then end it when you are done. Session statistics show cumulative and average totals across all games in the group.
Subscription and account
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the trial is free and lasts 7 days. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you will be charged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests must be sent to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory withdrawal rights as a consumer are not affected.
What happens to my data if Pro expires?
Your data is not deleted and stays in your account: you only lose access to the advanced features included in the subscription. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to those features.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete account: the account and the associated game data are deleted immediately. We may keep only the data we are required by law to retain, such as accounting records.
